I am Nirvikar Jain — a global business leader, investment banker, fintech strategist, and founder. Over the last two decades, I have built and scaled multi-billion-dollar businesses with global banks and led transformation across sectors including banking, fintech, semiconductors, automotive, food, and agribusiness.
From corporate boardrooms to startup war rooms, my work has always centered around unlocking value — through finance, strategy, and hands-on execution.
A Global Career Across Institutions and Industries
I have held senior leadership roles at Citibank, Bank of America, ICICI, National Australia Bank, and First Abu Dhabi Bank, where I served as CEO for India and built the most profitable international business in the group.
In parallel, I have led and advised fintech startups in the U.S., UK, MENA, Africa, and Asia — including roles as CFO, COO, fractional Board Advisor, and lead banker. My engagements have ranged from:
- Structuring credit products and BNPL platforms in emerging markets
- Driving valuation and Series A fundraising for fintechs
- Building AI-based GTM models and pricing strategies
- Supporting M&A exits and cross-border expansion
I have also worked directly with semiconductor startups like DreamBig (with ties to Marvell), engaged with automotive VC platforms, and advised food and agri-processing companies on structured finance and capital strategies in LATAM and Asia.
